Crysis Wars, this week for free!

Electronic Arts and Crytek started yesterday a campaign for promoting their products, by - giving one away for a week!

OK, let's put the things right. CrysisWars, an expanded multiplayer experience of the Crysis universe, is available on a free trial during the week, from April 9 to April 17 (next friday). More precisely, players can access and play any of the modes from the universe-extending Crysis Warhead. This includes "each of the game’s three action-packed multiplayer modes and all 23 maps" packed in with the game's retail release.

All you need to do for a week-long free play is to download the client and get the temporary key. More information here!

Of course, it can't but do them right (to EA and Crytek, of course), this kind of viral client-tease operation. Especially knowing that rumours, probably founded on something more official, say that a compilation box with Crysis games is in preparation for May 5.
